The geography of Australia ranges from deserts, mountainous, tropical islands, rain forests, lakes and rivers. The longest river in Australia is the Murray River which is 2375 kilometres long. The Murray River begins in New South Wales, then travels through Victoria and finally South Australia where the Murray Mouth meets the Southern Ocean. The Murray River is home to a variety of wildlife such as platypus, Murray cod, golden perch, trout and cod. The river is also famous for its paddle steamers and there are paddle steamers that cruise along the river for several days.

There are many beautiful lakes in Australia with Lake Eyre in South Australia covering a surface area of 9500 square kilometres, when the lake is full it is the largest lake in Australia. Another lake that attracts many visitors is Lake St Clair in Tasmania. Lake St Clair is the deepest lake in Australia that covers an area of 430 square metres and forms part of Cradle Mountain. Lake Argyle is the largest artificial lake which covers a surface area of 1000 square kilometres. Located in Western Australia near Kununurra the primary inflow of Lake Argyle comes from the Ord River. Lake Argyle is very beautiful and a cruise is a great way to experience the lake.

The climate in Australia varies with tropical climate in the northern parts, subtropical in the south and temperate in the south east and south west. Canberra can be very cool in winter and the coldest temperature recorded was -14.60 degrees in 1971 while Stanthorpe in Queensland holds the record for the lowest temperature in the state. Rainfall in Australia is generally seasonal with the highest rainfall occurring at Mount Lofty in South Australia and the lowest in the desert regions. The varied weather in Australia allows for a variety of outdoor sports such as sailing, skiing, hiking and rock climbing.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Gold Coast

On arrival at the Airport, our local representative will be waiting at the specified area to welcome you to this Coastal city in the Australian state of Queensland & later transfer you to the hotel. Check in to your hotel & relax (Note: Standard Check in time is 1400 Hours. Early Check in is Subject to Availability). The remaining day is free at your own leisure. Stretch out and rest in your room as you must be tired after a long flight. In the evening, walk to the restaurant for Dinner & later return to the hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 2: Gold Coast- Sea World tour

Rise to a beautiful morning at Gold Coast. Get ready and have an extensive breakfast at the restaurant in your Hotel. Later proceed for spending full day at Sea World. Sea World is a marine park, ocean arium & a Theme park that includes- rides, animal exhibits and other attractions. Meet baby Polar Bear, get up n close to the lovely seals, make friends with dolphins, see sharks and visit world’s second largest penguins. You can also enjoy 10 minutes Helicopter ride (at an additional cost) which will give Spectacular panoramic views of the Gold Coast. After a day filled with fun and excitement, return to hotel and later walk to the restaurant for Dinner.

Day 3: Gold Coast- Day Free for Leisure

Laze up till late in your cozy bed as the day is free for your own leisure. After morning breakfast at hotel, go out to have fun in the city on your own or opt for spending full day at Movie World with Entrance & Transfers included (at an additional cost).

Warner Brothers Movie World- the land of lights, cameras and action of Hollywood, shifted to Gold Coast. Take an exciting experience of movie making behind the scenes and explore the amazing line-up of attractions that is worth watching. A must watch is the Looney Tunes Village where you can enjoy the new Road Runner Roller Coaster with your whole family especially kids. Get an instant adrenaline rush on Wild Wild West Adventure Ride and play with all your favorite Looney Tunes characters like Bugs Bunny, Tweety and the gang. After a joy filled day, proceed to have dinner in the restaurant. Later return to the hotel and retire to your cozy bed for a relaxed sleep.

Day 4: Gold Coast to Sydney

Take a fill at morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. Today we transfer you to the airport to board the flight for Sydney. On arrival at Sydney Airport, our local tour operator would be there to welcome you to the Harbour City of Australia & transfer you to the Hotel for Check in (Note: Standard Check in time is 1400 Hours. Early Check in is Subject to Availability). Remaining day is free at leisure. You may explore Sydney’s Sparkling Harbour, outdoor lifestyle & great natural beauty on your own. Enjoy this fast paced city that knows how to celebrate & live it up. In the evening, walk to restaurant for Dinner before returning to the hotel.

Day 5: Orientation tour & Sydney Tower Eye

After morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for Orientation tour of the City. Explore the highlights of Sydney that include Sydney Opera House & Harbour Bridge- the two most well known and clicked landmarks of Sydney. Enjoy stunning views of city skyline from here and further to King’s Cross, Darling Harbour- a vibrant & lively harbour-side precinct, Chinatown & the world famous Bondi Beach. Later you will visit Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck which will give you the best views in Sydney! See to a distance of up to 80 kms standing 250 metres above the city streets in Sydney’s tallest building & view this breathtaking city in all it’s Glory. The Sydney Tower Eye brings a 4D experience for visitors- the first live-action, 4D attraction film ever produced in Australia, combining 3D filming techniques including unique aerial photography over Australia, time lapse, live action and sophisticated sensory effects including bubbles, wind and water. Day 6: Sydney- Day Free for Leisure

Wake up to a vibrant Sydney morning, welcome the smiling sun and enjoy an extensive breakfast. The day is on your leisure. You can go out for self exploration or you can opt for a full day Blue Mountains tour (at an additional cost). En-route the Blue Mountains, enjoy the most spectacular views over the Jamison Valley and Kings Tableland. We visit Katoomba with its most famous attraction- the Three Sisters and Echo Point. We will tour along some of the most scenic roads of Blue Mountains. Then head for a breathtaking lookout overlooking the Megalong Valley and beyond to the Great Dividing Range. Discover here why the Blue Mountains are so called. Later in the evening, walk to the restaurant for Dinner. Return after a wonderful day and sleep relaxed.

Day 7: Sydney to Melbourne

Enjoy morning breakfast at hotel. Check out from the hotel & take transfer to the airport for boarding your flight to Melbourne. Arrive Melbourne and proceed for Orientation tour of one of the most vibrant cities of the world. You will visit- Fitzroy Garden, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Royal Exhibition Building, the Federation Square, Art Center and Shrine of Remembrance. Later we also make a visit to Melbourne Town Hall & Parliament House. After this tour proceed to the restaurant for Dinner, before transfer to the hotel for Check in.

Day 8: Great Ocean Road tour

Rise to a mesmerising morning at Melbourne. After having breakfast at hotel, proceed for the most exotic tour of Australia- the Great Ocean Road tour. Get up to a beautiful Aussie morning. Store the beauty in your eyes. Pack the bags and get ready to have breakfast. Today we check out from hotel and drive to airport. Cancellation Policy
If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person:

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 16 days before departure: 100% of total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.

We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.

If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to change your holiday plan after confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint :
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.

Terms & Conditions
– Confirmation of holiday package or hotel room subject to receipt of 100 percent payment.
– The company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
– Mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification e.g. driving license, voter’s card, passport and ration card, at the time of check-in at the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in at the hotel or wherever required.
– As per the Govt. of India rules, all foreign guests need to produce their passport, photo ID proof and visa documents. Indian guests should also carry valid proofs like passport, driving license, PAN Card and voter’s ID card, to the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid any inconvenience at the date of check-out.
– The hotel reserves the right of admission or cancellation of booking, if guests fails to provide suitable identification proof at the time of check-in. Company will not be responsible for such aforesaid reasons.
– Check-in and check-out timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels policy. Early check-in or late check-out are on request basis only and subject to availability of rooms.
– In case of non-availability of hotels given in package, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standards or category.
– Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12 years.
– Meal Plan, if any, are specified in the voucher issued by the hotel and the same is applicable from the check-in time of 12 noon, standard terms for a plan. Meals will be served as per the hotel policy. Extra, if any, will be payable by guest directly.
– The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed or as based on the hotel policy. In case of child, hotel package booked without bed basis and you decided to take extra bed, then you have to pay that cost directly to the hotel.
– High season / Festivals / Peak season surcharges are applicable.
– The rescheduling of date / postponement shall be treated as cancellation and confirmation of new dates subject to availability and in case of change of rates the difference shall be payable by the guest / tour operator.
– The cancellation of booking governed by the cancellation policy of the hotel and service charge of INR 1000/- shall be applicable for each booking.
– On cancellation of any package or hotel reservation advance payment received shall be refunded subject to the Terms & Condition of cancellation policy of that specific hotel / resort.
– The applicable tariff / packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
– Check-out and check-in timing as per hotels policy, if arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 6:00 PM.
– All taxes, extra as per government notification.
– Company will not be responsible nor liable for compensating any loss / damage / injury or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
– Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within a week.
– No show or non-utilization of services, 100 percent of tour cost shall be charged.
– Company reserves the right to change / modify / amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
– Cost, due to change in itinerary or stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and / or any factors beyond control shall be payable by the guest or the tour operator directly to the hotel.
– Airline seats confirmation are subject to availability at the time of booking and any increase in air fare or taxes has to be borne by the client itself.
– For payments above INR 20,000, copy of PAN Card is required.
